Our Services

Centrecare Home Health Services offers Non-Medical in-home care to our clients. Each service plan is designed to provide supportive services that will assist the client in meeting healthcare goals. The client, their family members, and healthcare teams will assist in building a service plan that is conducive to the client's needs. Our care staff provides the following tasks:

Spending quality time with our client and providing social support

Assisting clients with care such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene standards 

Performing light housekeeping duties that contribute to a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all clients

Preparing and serving healthy, nutritious meals, taking into account any special dietary needs and personal preferences

Medication reminders, to ensure that our clients take their prescribed medications on time 

Escorting clients to and from doctor appointments, grocery stores, and errands. 

Assist clients with movement and offering support while standing and walking. 

Observing the client for health changes and communicating with healthcare teams to ensure that the client is safe at all times.
